Refunds
At Pacific Wildlife Institute (PWI), we are committed to providing valuable educational programs and experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation or a refund. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Nature Camps: If you need to cancel your registration for a nature camp, you must do so at least 14 days before the camp’s start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start date will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after the camp start date.
- Workshops and Events: For workshops and other events, cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
- Merchandise: If you are not satisfied with your purchase of merchandise, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Donations: Donations made to PWI are non-refundable. We appreciate your support and understand the importance of each contribution to our mission.
